Job Title: Internal Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our team at Rogers Communications. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute financial, operational, and IT general controls audits across the organization to support strategic priorities.
  • Develop and implement audit plans, including risk assessments and testing strategies.
  • Conduct thorough audits, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure audit findings are addressed and implemented.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in internal auditing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • Professional accounting or auditing designations preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of auditing or relevant business experience.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, such as COSO and COBIT.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
