Your Role

  • Engage in corporate tax restructuring associated with business acquisitions across Canada, the United States, and globally.
  • Provide assistance to the Accounting and Finance teams, along with management, on various tax-related issues, including transfer pricing, sales tax, corporate taxation, and international tax agreements.
  • Perform audits and evaluations concerning international tax submissions.
  • Support the computation of future tax obligations related to acquisition costs and annual tax provisions.
  • Prepare yearly tax filings for Canadian and American corporate entities.
  • Collaborate on tax strategies within Canada, the United States, and internationally.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting.
  • Experience in an accounting firm or corporate setting.
  • Master's degree in Taxation or completion of CPA tax program is advantageous.
  • Strong adaptability and attention to detail.
  • Strategic mindset and business insight.
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication with clients and suppliers outside of Quebec.
