About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Exterior Carpenter to join our team at TITAN EXTERIOR LTD. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in the installation of exterior finishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for exterior finishing projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
  • Instruct and supervise apprentices and other workers
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field
