International Wealth Management Team

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Specialist to contribute to the growth of our business.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing Enterprise Org strategy for multiple Salesforce orgs Bank-wide.

  • Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders from Business and Technology to design long-term Business-Technology roadmaps for individual Salesforce orgs.
  • Utilize knowledge of Configuration, Apex, Salesforce Lightning, Integration, and Flow Builder to implement functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-team product owners, developers, and test engineers to support QA processes.
  • Establish and enforce governance for implementing Salesforce at the Bank.
  • Develop and implement Salesforce development including Apex, SOQL, LWC, API integration, as well as general configuration and administration.
  • Support the business with ongoing product enhancements and feature development (configuration based) for major releases, work in parallel releases.
  • Support the business with overall change management initiatives to ensure proper adoption of the Salesforce platform.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce platform and overall 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of basics – Salesforce Security Model.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce Best Practice.
  • Must be well versed with Apex, Salesforce Lightning Components, and Integration Patterns.
  • 3+ years of experience working with at least one of the middleware products or have some level of understanding on Talend, Jitterbit, Informatica, MuleSoft etc.
  • 3+ years of experience Integrating Salesforce with other cloud-based application systems using REST, SOAP API.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience with Azure Pipeline Deployments.
