Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Are you a seasoned Salesforce professional looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team at Scotiabank.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work on complex Salesforce projects, leveraging your expertise in Apex, Visual Force Pages, and Salesforce Lightning Components. You will be responsible for implementing and integrating Salesforce with other cloud-based applications, ensuring seamless data exchange and optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions, utilizing best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, ensuring thorough coverage of all system components.
  • Provide expert-level support for Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce platform development and implementation.
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Apex.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Financial Services Cloud, and packaged-based deployments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A minimum of 1+ year experience with Salesforce Lightning Components and Aura Framework.
