Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data entries for all employees into the Enterprise Solution – PeopleSoft
  • Work closely with the Client Service Team (CST) to ensure accurate payroll for employees
  • Collaborate with HR Advisors, HR Directors, and Staffing Officers to gather information for data entry
  • Partner with Payroll Services to resolve complex processing issues and complete payroll audits
  • Support system updates and upgrades by completing user acceptance testing (UAT) with the HRMS team and ITS teams
