Risk Management Framework Lead

The Senior Vice President, Risk Management Framework Lead, will drive the alignment and implementation of risk frameworks, policies, and procedures across the organization. This role will engage with key stakeholders to promote strong risk management practices and ensure the effective execution of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain tools and processes to monitor adherence to the ERM Framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address gaps in risk management practices.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on the consistent application of risk management principles.
- Drive the development and implementation of risk policies and procedures.
- Engage with senior management and the Board to provide risk assessment and recommendations.
- Support the execution of transformation activities and ensure the effective implementation of risk management frameworks.
- 10+ years of experience in risk management, with a strong background in financial services.
- Advanced technical skills, including project management and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
