Senior Vice President, Risk Management Framework Lead

Citigroup, Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the Risk Framework & Policy team within Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and driving enhancements to, and facilitating the execution of, the firm's risk management framework to strengthen the firm's risk management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and drive enhancements to the firm's risk management framework
- Facilitate the execution of the risk management framework
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in risk management and leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
