About the Role

The Risk Framework & Policy team within ERM is responsible for designing and driving enhancements to, and facilitating the execution of, the firm's risk management framework to strengthen the firm's risk management capabilities. The Risk Framework and Policy team owns and defines the Enterprise Risk Management framework, ensuring it aligns with the firm's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement risk management frameworks and policies to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess risks, and develop strategies to mitigate or manage them.
  • Develop and maintain risk management metrics and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Provide guidance and support to business units on risk management best practices and procedures.
