As a Manufacturing Production Lead at Panefri North America Enterprises Inc, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production process within our plastic products division. Your leadership will ensure that our production team operates efficiently and meets quality standards.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Engage with a team in a dynamic plastic products manufacturing setting.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of production personnel operating processing machinery and fabricating, assembling, finishing, or inspecting plastic or rubber components.
- Develop strategies to meet production timelines and synchronize work activities across various units.
- Advise on personnel matters, including recruitment and promotions.
- Compile production reports and other documentation as required.
- Propose initiatives to enhance productivity and improve product quality.
- Set up and maintain machinery and equipment.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company regulations.
- Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manage physically demanding duties.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Capable of alternating between sitting, standing, and walking.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- A collaborative team player.

This is a permanent position with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week, conducted in English.
