Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Panefri North America Enterprises Inc. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and leading a team of production workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, ensuring they meet production targets and quality standards.
  • Establish and implement efficient production methods, coordinating with other departments to meet work schedules.
  • Recommend personnel actions, including hiring and promotions, to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
  • Prepare production reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase productivity and product quality.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing downtime.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the plastic products manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and implement changes to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business or a related field.
