Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Regional Strategy
- Own the development of annual business plans for the region, focusing on sales and margin growth.
- Educate and direct our Customer Support Specialists to promote our product support initiatives within the region.
- Manage CSA Processes
- Oversee call reporting, CRM, and target setting processes to ensure seamless execution.
- Assist Customer Support Specialists with customer calls and key accounts.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators
- Develop and track key metrics to measure the performance of our Customer Support Specialists.
- Market Intelligence and Analysis
