About the Role

Rohit Management Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for planning, setting up, and administering accounting systems, as well as training staff and preparing financial information for individuals, departments, or companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Train staff on financial systems and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Prepare financial information for individuals, departments, or companies, including financial statements and reports.
  • Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting, and internal control procedures to ensure financial integrity.
  • Analyze financial documents and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as accounting or finance.
  • Provincial or territorial licence to practice as an accountant.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
