Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across various business areas and disciplines.
    • Provide strategic advice and manage the day-to-day business of client accounts.
    • Ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead a team of account and project managers to ensure the day-to-day business runs smoothly.
    • Coach and mentor team members to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Campaign Development
    • Work with internal teams to develop integrated and digital-first marketing campaigns that meet client briefs and budgets.
    • Manage program budgets and operational costs to maximize impact and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and recommend business-building ideas to drive growth and revenue.
    • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to develop and deploy digital marketing campaigns.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Analyze business results and report on key insights to inform decision-making.
    • Develop action plans to address opportunities and drive growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 7+ years of agency experience, preferably with both B2B and B2C clients.
  • Experience working with high-touch clients in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Experience working on a fast-paced business in a highly competitive and evolving industry.
  • Experience in executing broadcast mediums.
  • Successful client manager with an ability to build relationships and drive business growth.
  • Experience guiding integrated multi-disciplinary teams to meet client goals.

Additional Desired Skills

  • Experience with digital marketing, email marketing, Google Analytics, and accessibility best practices.
