Job Description

The Account Consultancy Executive will be responsible for managing and building relationships with agency clients and partners. This includes fostering an environment for the delivery of a strong, efficient, and creative product.

  • Manage a team of account managers and oversee their operations.
  • Build a strong client relationship and grow agency value with the overall brand team, including the Marketing Director.
  • Provide strong leadership on all creative development in various media forms, from concept to strategy to execution in partnership with a Planner and Creative Director.
  • Oversee the integrity of approved communication ideas as translated into multi-media channels, including building relationships with other external agencies.
  • Ensure the timely completion of projects for clients on schedule and within an established budget.
  • Provide feedback and counselling to account staff to help meet objectives and promote career growth.
Qualifications
  • Significant agency experience in client relationship management and team management.
  • Knowledge of creative processes and production for fully integrated campaigns, including TV, Video, OOH, Websites, and Social Media.
  • Collaborative and confident approach to creative projects.
  • Track record of ensuring company retention of clientele and facilitating further growth with large accounts.
  • Outstanding leadership skills and a natural motivator of people in a demanding and multi-faceted account.
  • A combination of Brand and Retail experience.
