Job Title: Executive Chef

Chicko Chicken is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing menus that exceed our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate special events and ensure seamless execution
  • Determine food portion sizes and costs to maintain profitability
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for efficient kitchen operations
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to high standards
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory levels
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient workflow
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Organize buffets and banquets to exceed customer expectations
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of communication
  • 35 hours per week
