About the Role

Vangie's Cleaning Services Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our cleaning services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as specialized cleaning or maintenance.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including invoicing and payment processing.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our cleaning staff are adequately staffed and equipped to meet client demands.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
