", "p": "The Public Health Nurse (PHN) is a key member of a collaborative Public Health team responsible for delivering programs and services in accordance with NS Public Health Standards and Protocols. The PHN demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of individuals and communities, enabling them to inform the development, implementation, and assessment of policies and programs. Public Health Nurses deliver programs and services to individuals, focusing on addressing health inequities and improving population health.
