Job Overview

The selected candidate will serve as a SharePoint Subject Matter Expert (SME) to facilitate the deployment and management of specialized applications and software for a Corporate Information Management Cell:

  • Oversee, monitor, support, and sustain corporate information management applications, which include standard Enterprise BackOffice applications, Websites, SharePoint Sites, Databases, and other specialized software applications utilized in software engineering environments;
  • To ensure data protection: Oversee, monitor, support, and sustain all corporate information management tools, including but not limited to Databases, Archives, Repositories, SharePoint sites, and Storage Areas;
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation related to supported software applications to enhance corporate information management;
  • Provide responses within two working days to any inquiries regarding corporate information management applications;
  • Document technical issues and resolutions in an appropriate corporate information management application to support configuration control and change management activities.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of five years of experience in designing and maintaining SharePoint Sites;
  • Proficiency in software engineering within Client/Server or Collaborative Environments;
  • Skills in Managing, Analyzing, Designing, Modeling, and Implementing software systems;
  • Experience in system life-cycle management for software systems;
  • Background as a Software Specialist within an Integrated Product Team (IPT) for an onsite client;
  • Experience in preparing technical concept documents, system specifications, and technical proposals in the field of Information Technology or Information Management;
  • Ability to communicate information technology frameworks and strategies to both management and technical personnel;
  • Capability to convey system engineering direction for projects or systems;
  • Provide advice, guidance, and recommendations on technical matters to assist senior management in decision-making;
  • A Bachelor's degree in software, computer, systems, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
