We are seeking a skilled and experienced line cook to join our team at Brockville Barburrito. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that they are aware of their responsibilities and are working efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, and order supplies and equipment as needed.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
