Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Support the Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership.
  • Promote a positive shopping atmosphere that encourages customer loyalty.
  • Assist in inventory management, including processing shipments and replenishing sales floors.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are met to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma.
  • A minimum of 2 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • A passion for fashion and a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for relationship building.
  • Effective time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A proactive and organized mindset.
