Job Summary

The Logistics Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, including developing specific plans to prioritize tasks, organizing tasks to accomplish work, and overseeing operational logistics. The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and organize tasks to accomplish work
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization, including planning and organizing operational logistics
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
Work Environment

The Logistics Operations Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

The language of work is English.

Hours of Work

The hours of work are 30 to 35 hours per week.
