Job Title: Healthcare Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Consultant to join our team at Brockton and Area Family Health Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice to senior managers and officials, maintain and update health information databases, and compile and analyze statistical information from private and public health care institutions and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice to senior managers and officials on healthcare-related matters
  • Maintain, update, and manage health information databases
  • Compile and analyze statistical information from private and public health care institutions and organizations
  • Produce reports on healthcare trends and statistics
  • Monitor healthcare programs and services
  • Present the views of the association or organization to members, the media, and the general public
  • Organize conferences and meetings on healthcare-related topics
  • Provide consulting services to government and other organizations on healthcare-related matters
  • Design and implement health and wellness projects or programs
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments of health projects and programs
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary projects and initiatives
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
