Job Title: Heavy-Duty Cleaner

GDI Service (Canada) Ltd. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Heavy-Duty Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers to prevent odors and pests.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Work with minimal supervision to ensure efficient and effective cleaning practices.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Previous experience in cleaning and sanitation is an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Dependability, flexibility, and reliability are essential for this role.

English is the primary language of communication for this role.

Work Schedule:
