Position Overview/Key Responsibilities

We are in search of a seasoned Treasury Analyst to support the treasury division in generating cash position reports and analyses, processing electronic payments, and managing investment of available resources.

  • Oversee daily cash management operations: input and coordinate wire transfers, initiate funding and account transfers, cash positioning, and foreign exchange transactions.
  • Act as the primary system administrator for the upkeep of the treasury workstation, banking portals, and purchase card program.
  • Ensure adherence to Treasury regulations and manage authorized company signers.
  • Lead the preparation of short-term cash forecasts, provide variance analysis between actual and forecasted cash, and liaise with local facilities for weekly payment schedules.
  • Maintain relevant documentation, including the bank account authorization matrix and other cash management controls.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and assist with various projects as required.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in finance or accounting.
  • Master's degree, preferably an MBA or with a concentration in finance, is advantageous.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Treasury and cash/debt management.
  • CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) certification is a plus.
  • Prior experience with Kyriba treasury workstations is highly preferred.
  • Experience with banking cash and debt management systems is desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in system and spreadsheet applications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Project management experience is beneficial.
