Position Overview
We are in search of an enthusiastic and skilled leader to take on the role of Branch Manager on a full-time basis. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in guiding, mentoring, and supporting Branch staff to ensure outstanding service delivery to our members.
- Lead the Branch team in offering straightforward financial solutions tailored to our members' needs.
- Enhance and advocate for the Coast Capital brand within the local community.
- Mentor and develop your team in effective sales techniques and relationship management.
- Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, complemented by at least 7 years of relevant experience in a comparable position within the financial services sector. Strong risk management and compliance expertise, along with a Mutual Funds license, are essential.
