Install Planning Coordinator

About the Role:

Enercare is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Install Planning Clerk to join our team. As an Install Planning Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective deployment of our installation resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement optimized scheduling strategies to meet customer demands and maximize resource utilization.
  • Manage and prioritize installation schedules, ensuring timely completion and minimizing delays.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively schedule installations for HVAC and Water Heaters, generating BRIOs as required.
  • Ensure a fair and even distribution of workload among installation teams.
  • Prepare and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Grade 12 education or equivalent.
