Bridges of Canada Inc. is a national, non-profit organization that provides holistic care to individuals and families struggling with addiction and/or criminality. We are seeking a Director of Administration to oversee the application of policies and procedures related to business, administrative, and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the implementation of collective bargaining agreements, policies, and procedures related to business, administrative, and operational activities.
- Manage finance, human resources, information technology, operations, and administrative support.
- Provide guidance and support to supervisors and staff on management, administrative, and operational matters.
- Develop and ensure compliance with management, administrative, and operational policies and procedures.
- Perform expense claim audits and other administrative functions as required.
- Post-secondary education preferred.
- 10 years of office administration experience or 5 years of management experience overseeing administrative departments.
- Proficiency in spoken English and French preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 per year.
- A health and dental plan, life insurance, vision care, and disability insurance.
- 2 weeks paid vacation and 10 days of paid sick time accrual per year.
- Optional pension plan with matched contributions.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, with an opportunity to work one day per week remotely after a 90-day probationary period. The reporting location is in Fredericton, NB.
