Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team at Ryder System. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for retaining and growing current customers, improving the profitability of current accounts, and developing profitable new customer business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate and develop customer interests in Ryder services, including Full Service Lease, Programmed Maintenance, Lease Financing, Fleet Management Services, and Dedicated Contract Carriage.
  • Develop sales plans, analyze account profitability, and understand competitive influences and risks within each account.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, peers, and supervisors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Five (5) years or more of demonstrated consecutive Sales Excellence in prior sales responsibilities.
