Job Title: Accounting Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Technician to join our team at Spectrum Accounting Group Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Accounting Technician will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks, including financial record-keeping, data entry, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform financial record-keeping and data entry tasks
  • Prepare and review financial reports and statements
  • Assist with financial analysis and budgeting
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process payroll and benefits
  • Perform general accounting duties, including reconciliations and journal entries
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in accounting or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
