Job Summary

Arctic Kingdom is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role is a key position within the Arctic Kingdom group of businesses, and involves overseeing the hiring process for various roles across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's business objectives
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for staffing requirements across the Arctic Kingdom group
  • Oversee the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees, ensuring a smooth transition process
  • Address employee demands, grievances, and other issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Support the development and engagement of human capital to drive business growth
  • Nurture a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration and productivity
  • Develop and implement a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and employee development
  • Maintain and administer the company's pay plan and benefits program
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations throughout human resources management
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's goals and objectives
  • Manage and maintain the company's HR software and systems
Requirements
  • More than 10 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong people skills and ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels
  • Experience with HR software and systems, including Bamboo HR
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Extensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
