Yellowknife Catholic Schools is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Officer to join their team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide support to the Senior Administration Team, Principals, and Assistant Principals in the delivery of human resources services, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, policies, and collective agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a degree or diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources Management, along with 3 years of related experience. A CHRP designation is considered an asset.
