About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Methods Analyst to join our team at ENERSAVINGS INC. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and Provide Strategic Advice

Conduct in-depth analysis of our managerial methods and organization to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to optimize our operations.

Research and Evaluate Efficiency

Conduct thorough research to assess the effectiveness of our managerial policies and programs, and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Develop and Implement Improvements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, system enhancements, and procedure updates to drive operational excellence.

Lead and Mentor Staff

Supervise and mentor staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively and efficiently.

Requirements
  • Education

College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, operations management, or a related field.

Computer and Technology Skills

Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

Personal Suitability

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of business operations and management principles.
