Position Overview- You will gather and assess pertinent information to conduct business diagnostics aimed at recommending operational strategies to boost our clients' competitiveness;
- You will formulate recommendations utilizing Lean Manufacturing methodologies and industry best practices;
- You will communicate analysis findings and key recommendations to executives of client organizations;
- Implement and oversee optimized manufacturing solutions;
- You will create communication strategies for employees impacted by changes;
- You will engage in activities related to the preparation of work plans and service proposals as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or operations and logistics management;
- 6 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing or consulting on manufacturing strategies;
- Consulting experience is a significant advantage;
- Comprehensive understanding of LEAN Manufacturing principles and tools; Experience in project and/or program management;
- Proven ability to facilitate strategic and tactical workshops;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS-Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Project;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both French and English; Willingness to travel for project engagements.
