Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Clerk to join our team at 10565 NFLD Inc. The ideal candidate will possess a secondary school graduation certificate and have experience in a similar role, although experience is not mandatory.

  • Facilitate guest departures, calculate charges, and process payments.
  • Adhere to emergency protocols and safety procedures.
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages to guests.
  • Contact guests for wake-up calls as requested.
  • Perform light cleaning and housekeeping tasks as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
