Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team at Johnson Electric. As an Electrical Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, including mechanical, controls, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Work with the Operations, Quality, and Engineering Departments to maintain and repair facilities and production equipment.
  • Repair, refurbish, and construct state-of-the-art CNC/PLC/Robotic based manufacturing equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and all Johnson Electric policies and industry standards.
  • Assemble, debug, install, and start-up new or modified production equipment.
  • Responsible for ensuring an organized and well-equipped maintenance department.
  • Play an integral role in the completion of equipment and facilities projects.
  • Facilitate planned maintenance activities and emergency repairs in the production environment.
Requirements
  • Certificate of Qualification as an Electrician (442A or 309A) and relevant industrial experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience on repair and maintenance of CNC machining and automated assembly applications in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on technical skills with respect to Electrical Assembly, Machine Repair, Hydraulic Systems, Pneumatic Systems, PLC, Fanuc Robots, and CNC based control and logic systems.
  • Understanding of automotive systems and quality requirements based on Quality Operating Systems.
  • Able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, at all levels of the organization.
