Long Haul Truck Driver

Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain a tractor-trailer unit, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of goods.
- Load and unload goods, using proper lifting techniques to avoid injury.
- Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
- Air Brakes Endorsement
- Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel cross-border, nationally, and internationally
- Ability to work overtime, including evenings and weekends
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
