Foot Care Nurse Specialist

About the Role
Spectrum Health Care is seeking a skilled Foot Care Nurse to join our team in Scarborough. As a Foot Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality foot care services to clients in the community and facility setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough foot assessments and provide treatment as needed
- Utilize electronic scheduling and documentation systems
- Adhere to safe work and risk management policies and procedures
- Continuously assess and respond to the changing needs of clients, communicating available resources as necessary
Requirements
- Current registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Advanced and Diabetic Foot Care certificate required
- Prior experience in foot care is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid G driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to effectively manage time and priorities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Computer knowledge and ability to learn proprietary software
- Fluency in a second language is an asset
