Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Assist with administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
    • Process files and paperwork, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Clinical Support
    • Assist healthcare professionals with administering tests and procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
    • Monitor and maintain equipment, including sterilization and calibration.
  • Patient Care
    • Provide exceptional patient care, including preparing and maintaining equipment and supplies.
    • Document patient rehabilitation progress, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Office Management
    • Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and booking appointments.
    • Ensure a welcoming and organized work environment, maintaining inventory and supplies.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a clinical or administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
