Job Title: Application Deployment Support Analyst

Job Summary:

The Application Deployment Support Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Citi Applications. This position requires a strong understanding of application support procedures and concepts, as well as basic knowledge of other technical areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for fielding issues and queries from stakeholders, providing short-term resolutions, and working with relevant technology partners for long-term remediation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical and business support for users of Citi Applications
  • Utilize good understanding of apps support procedures and concepts to field issues and queries from stakeholders
  • Work with relevant technology partners for long-term remediation
  • Develop and maintain technical support documentation
  • Analyze applications to identify risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues
  • Make evaluative judgments based on analysis of factual information; resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions in cooperation with Development colleagues
  • Directly impact the business by ensuring the quality of work provided by self and others
  • Act as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members
  • Hands-on experience in supporting advanced cloud-based (Micro Services) infrastructure
  • Knowledge of any active monitoring tools (AppDynamics, ITRS, Uptime, Grafana etc.)
  • Ability to develop support tools/scripts as required using Python
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Basic knowledge or interest about apps support procedures, concepts, and of other technical areas
  • Understands how own sub-function integrates within the function and commercial awareness
  • Effectively share information with other support team members and with other technology teams
