Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dispatchers Supervisor to join our team at Glidex Delivery and Janitorial Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to management.
  • Operational Management
    • Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery.
    • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
    • Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to meet deadlines and quality standards.
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
    • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity.
    • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to meet business objectives.
  • Supervision and Leadership
    • Supervise a team of 11-15 staff members to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure that all staff members undergo a criminal record check prior to employment.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Handle heavy loads and work under pressure.
    • Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Demonstrate accurate and efficient interpersonal skills.
    • Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Show flexibility and initiative in a dynamic work environment.

  • Work Terms and Conditions
