Education Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
This role is set within a vibrant restaurant atmosphere, catering to a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules efficiently.
- Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
- Recruit and hire food service personnel.
- Resolve customer complaints and address any concerns promptly.
The supervisor will oversee a team of 5-10 employees, including kitchen and food service assistants.
Work Conditions- Ability to engage in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods.
- Physical activities include bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Regular walking is required.
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability.
- Works effectively as part of a team.

Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
