We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor to join our team at Invex Foods Canada Corporation.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of a team of labourers, process control and machine operators in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Prepare production and other reports
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Or equivalent experience
Work Environment:

The work site environment is noisy, and the work setting is a fruit and vegetable processing plant.

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek and English as the primary work language.
