Key Responsibilities:
  1. Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with D.O.T. regulations and internal policies.
  2. Utilize maps and digital resources to identify optimal routes and parking options.
  3. Execute tasks as directed by the Operations team, including Dispatch and Management.
  4. Adhere to scheduled routes while accommodating additional requests for pick-ups or drop-offs.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service, treating all passengers with respect and courtesy.
  6. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from the vehicle.
  7. Manage luggage and other items during loading and unloading processes.
  8. Comply with D.O.T. regulations regarding driver hours and service.
  9. Maintain accurate trip records, including vehicle details, passenger counts, and travel times.
  10. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle's interior and exterior.
  11. Familiarize yourself with key destinations serviced by our fleet.
  12. Adhere to the company's dress code and grooming standards.
  13. Report any incidents involving passengers or third parties in accordance with company procedures.
  14. Participate in mandatory training sessions and driver meetings.
Qualifications:
  1. Demonstrated experience as a professional driver.
  2. Knowledge of D.O.T. regulations and safety practices.
  3. Strong cognitive and decision-making abilities.
  4. Familiarity with geographical locations.
Skills:
  1. Ability to follow directions and interpret maps.
  2. Strong decision-making skills.
  3. Effective verbal and written communication.
  4. Capability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
Education and Experience:
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Relevant endorsements preferred.
  3. Previous driving experience is advantageous.
Special Requirements:
  1. Ability to demonstrate safe driving practices.
Physical Demands:
  1. Completion of an employment application and successful passing of a road test.
  2. Must be at least 21 years old for interstate driving.
  3. Position involves physical activities such as bending and reaching.
  4. Ability to lift items weighing up to 60 pounds.
  5. Extended periods of sitting while operating a motor coach.
  6. Must possess a valid Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement and Airbrake.
  7. Current Medical Certificate from a registered Medical Examiner.
  8. Clean driving record with no violations.
  9. No prior drug or alcohol program violations.
  10. Successful completion of a pre-employment D.O.T. drug test.
  11. No previous positive drug or alcohol tests with former employers.
Performance Evaluation:

Your performance will be assessed by the Operations and General Manager based on your effectiveness in fulfilling the responsibilities outlined above.
