**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose plant diseases and pest problems, devising effective treatment plans.
- Offer exceptional customer service, educating clients on pest management and addressing treatment queries.
- Collaborate with landscaping teams to integrate comprehensive pest management solutions.
- Operate company vehicles, ensuring all loads are secure for transport.
- Maintain cleanliness of all areas, including job sites post-completion.
- Utilize manual and power tools and equipment effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified as a Pesticide Applicator in Ontario or able to obtain certification upon hire.
- Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- A G Class license as a minimum, AR license an asset.
- High attention to detail, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of working both independently and within a team dynamic.
- Leadership skills and the ability to maintain high morale and positive energy.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs solo, or 75lbs in a two-person lift, with extended periods spent standing, squatting, or kneeling.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
