Job Summary

The Marketing Analyst, Continuing Professional Development, will play a key role in analyzing data to inform marketing strategies and drive business growth. This role will involve gathering and analyzing data from various sources, preparing detailed reports, and working closely with the marketing team to identify opportunities and develop effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze data from various sources, including EES store, Data Warehouse, AS400, and RMS, to prepare detailed reports on CPD programs, sales, and customer behavior.
  • Analyze data and work with the marketing team to identify marketing opportunities and develop strategies to improve market reach and increase sales.
  • Work with the IS/IT team to create ad-hoc reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on special projects as required.

Team Membership

  • Provide backup support for the Marketing and Advertising Coordinator as needed.
  • Be a proactive member of the CPD team, working closely with other members to share information and ideas, provide assistance, and contribute to the efficient and timely delivery of services.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and commitment to the team to maximize resources and support coworkers during peak periods.

Working Arrangement

The Law Society of Ontario has introduced a Distributed Workforce Model to leverage flexibility and agility. The working arrangement for this position has been classified as hybrid, where the employee will regularly flex their work location between home and office.
