We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team at Salt Spring Centre School. Our school is nestled in a beautiful 70-acre setting, providing a unique and inspiring learning environment for our students.
About the RoleThis full-time position will involve teaching K-3 students and contributing to the development of our curriculum. We are looking for someone with a strong background in Primary literacy and numeracy pedagogy, as well as experience working with neurodiversity.
Key Responsibilities- Teach K-3 students in a small class size setting
- Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with BC standards
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student learning
- Provide support for students with neurodiversity
- Contribute to the development of our school's social-emotional learning program
