Become a vital member of our team at Provincial Laboratory Medicine Services. We are seeking a committed Coordinator to deliver expert technical support and guidance in the field of Anatomic Surgical Pathology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert technical advice and support to personnel within the specified area
  • Contribute to the formulation of standardized protocols and procedures
  • Engage in quality assurance initiatives and monitor performance indicators
  • Oversee training initiatives and onboarding processes for staff
  • Assist in assessing and integrating new technologies and methodologies

Required Qualifications:

  • Certification from the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or an equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience

Essential Skills & Knowledge:

  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience in the laboratory field
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and healthcare professionals
