Senior Digital Designer

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Designer to join our marketing team at AgencyAnalytics. As a key member of our creative team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the visual aspects of our website, marketing, social media, and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Deliver Compelling Digital Assets: Create a range of engaging digital assets, including website design, email campaigns, social media graphics, and marketing materials that align with our brand design system and strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to Brand Design System: Collaborate with our web team and product team to evolve our brand design system, refining and enhancing our brand and ecosystem.
  • Develop Customer Journey Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of the AgencyAnalytics customer journey, product experience, business goals, customers, and competitive landscape to inform your design thinking activities.
  • Produce Engaging Prototypes: Develop prototypes for digital products that meet high usability standards, create impactful infographics, presentations, and multimedia materials to support content marketing initiatives and thought leadership efforts.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, web, and product teams to provide design leadership and ensure cohesive, consistent branding and user experiences across all digital platforms.
  • Manage Multiple Projects: Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion, present work to peers and leadership teams, prioritize tasks ensuring they meet deadlines, and art direct freelance designers and/or external contributors as needed.
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital design to improve design processes and incorporate innovative ideas into your work.
Requirements
  • 7+ Years of Digital Design Experience: Broad experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates UX/UI, web design, branding, and marketing skills.
  • Strong Web Design Skills: Strong understanding of web design, including usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • University Degree in Design: University degree in design, interaction design, or equivalent.
  • Design Software Expertise: Deep expertise using design software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD, Figma, and industry-standard project management tools.
  • Previous Experience in SaaS Environment: Previous experience designing in a SaaS environment and/or marketing agency is highly desirable.
  • Curiosity, Determination, and Reliability: Curiosity, determination, reliability, integrity, and empathy are essential qualities for this role.
