We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for packaging automation solutions across Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and identifying new opportunities in the material handling solutions market.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead sales efforts for packaging automation solutions across Canada
* Work closely with internal teams to qualify leads, develop new business, and ensure a seamless customer experience
* Utilize CAD software to create compelling layouts and proposals
* Collaborate with sales support and applications teams to develop tailored project solutions
* Conduct negotiations to close sales within established strategy margins
* Independently meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a proactive and self-motivated approach
* Present confidently to C-suite executives, effectively communicating the benefits of our client's solutions
* Manage customer relationships, sales leads, and inquiries while maintaining accurate CRM records
* Represent the company at trade exhibitions and industry events

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Minimum of 3 years of technical B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of generating leads
* Sales Hunter mentality
* Secondary Packaging Automation experience within the Food and Beverage manufacturing market
* Proficiency in CAD software
* Valid passport for international travel
* Experience in automation projects or internal logistics is an asset
* Ability to work independently and leverage technical knowledge to promote products and solutions
